Roy van Beaumont, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to co-founding Autofusion in 1998 and launching CarPrices.com, van Beaumont worked as a
software consultant for several companies, including Community Care Network and Vanstar Corp.
(formerly ComputerLand). Van Beaumont received his bachelor of science in computer science
from the University of Missouri, Rolla.
Van Beaumont left AutoFusion in Oct 2000 to pursue other interests in
Internet Marketing. Van Beaumont returned to AutoFusion as CEO in April 2006.
William Kao, Chief Technology Officer
Prior to joining Autofusion Corporation in 1998, Kao was a principal architect for VROne, a Ventura,
Calif-based Internet Service Provider. He also worked as a software engineer at Telos Information
Systems, specialized in data archival and retrieval systems for JPL, NASA and as sr. system administrator
at Yahoo! Kao received his bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
Kao left Autofusion in June 2003 to pursue other interests in internet marketing and returned to Autofusion as CTO in May 2006.
